Shipping Rates and Policies

SHIPPING PART 1                                                                                    Please Read!  

All Candle Locker orders are usually processed within 2 BUSINESS days after receipt of payment. Shipping will normally take 3-10 BUSINESS days or less after processing your order at our facility. (Not including Saturdays, Sundays or holidays)  

We ship orders Monday - Friday. If you place an order on a weekend day or national holiday it will be processed the following business day.

Tracking Orders: After your orders have been received, the status of you order can be seen by logging on to our web site and clicking onto the word "Tracking Order" in the upper right hand corner of all of our site pages and entering your order number. This will give an idea as to what step in the overall process your order is in. Your order will then move to our shipping department. It will be scanned for UPS of Fed-x shipment your home or office. You will receive an email from The Candle Locker with the subject line "Your Tracking Number" this email will have your shipping tracking number. By logging on to www.UPS.com or www.Fedex.com you will be able to track you order to your door.

To expedite your order using Overnight, Second Day or Express delivery, please place your order using Standard ordering Method and then contact our Customer Service by email on the contact us page of our web site. Your shipping fees will be recalculated and you will receive a receipt from us by email. 

If Signature Service is not requested. Due to the summer Temperatures, the Candle Locker is not responsible for any stolen or melted packages that are left at the door.
We use UPS and FedEx as our main carriers. If your address is a P.O. Box, you will receive your order via USPS Priority Mail.

Order Cancellations: We cannot guarantee that order cancellations made via email will be caught and cancelled. Telephoning us will insure the cancellation of your order and prevent unwanted charges and shipments. Customer may be charged an additional SHIPPING fee for any refused or undelivered shipment due to customer's incorrect addressed entered on the order form which must reshipped. Any shipment that needs to be re-shipped will be charge at the same shipping charges that applies to the original order.

  ·       We do have available the DHL 3 day RUSH which is prohibitively expensive at approx 40% of the regular wholesale cost of the merchandise and carries a minimum of $20.  WE DO NOT RECOMMEND USING DHL UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY due to the cost.  Examples: a $100 order can ship for $40-$50 DHL and a $1 order can ship for $20 due to the minimum.

Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, US APO's/Military Bases:  Shipping cost are 15.95 MINIMUM or 30% of the Regular Price. And shipping Air Mail only taking 2 weeks for delivery. 
  

SHIPPING PART 3: INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
we no longer ship internationally.  We will however, ship to a port of your choice.
  NOT AVAILABLE OR OUT OF STOCK
If an item or items is/are not available, we can not backorder and will refund your funds for any "N.A." or  "Out of Stock" item[s].  If an item is "Out of Stock" and is expected to be in within 24 hrs, we will contact you via email or telephone and see if you desire to wait the 24 hrs or to proceed with a refund.  If you receive a refund, please read your email because we will let you know via email why you are receiving a refund.  For example: N.A. = NOT AVAILABLE or DISC = DISCONTINUED 
 

Return Policy*

30-day money back guarantee. We are proud to stand 100% behind our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply obtain a return authorization number from our customer service & return your product for a refund.

All returns must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All Unauthorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (no exceptions). Call 239-560-3610 for a RMA number upon receiving your order. 

All claims for credit, shortages, dissatisfaction and/or damages must be placed within 15 days of receipt of merchandise.

Shipping charges and gift-wrapping charges are non-refundable, except in the event that The Candle Locker shipped you the wrong items. Customers receiving free shipping will be charged the exact shipping charge for shipping if their order is returned for a refund of the original purchase price.

Refunds will be issued to the original person or company within 7-10 days of our receipt of the return. A check or Money Order will be issued and mailed to the person or company's address that placed the original order. No Credit Card Credits on purchasing card will be authorized.

A 15% return fee may apply in the case of wrong ordered item by the client (purchaser). 

A 15% restocking fee will be added to cancellations that have been shipped.

All non-defective items returned must be in the original complete packaging.

All returned merchandise must be received by The Candle Locker in resaleable condition, unless the merchandise is found to be defective

The shipping cost of any returns or exchanges remain the responsibility of the customer, unless the merchandise is being returned because the order was incorrectly filled by us or the merchandise is defective.
We recommend a shipping method that is traceable so that your shipment will not be lost in the mail. We cannot be responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error. Our full liability is limited to the refund of the purchase price of the merchandise.  

* No Return on Oils or Bath & Body products - We cannot tell if they have been altered.
